How much does shipping cost?

Costs can vary based on ship location and the weight of the items in your order.
Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments.
Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you live in New Zealand:

• 1-10 tshirts anywhere in New Zealand $8.00
• Please contact us at wendy@junk2funk.co.nz for shipping prices on orders over 10 items.

If you live in Australia:

• For 1 t-shirt shipping prices start at $10. Please contact for more information.

If you live in the rest of the world:

• For 1 t-shirt shipping prices start at $15. Please contact for more information.

If your required t-shirt is in stock it will be shipped the very next business day.

• If you live in Auckland you can expect your order in 3 business days.
• The rest of NZ expect your order in 4 business days.
• Australia expect your order in 5 business days.
• Rest of the World up to 2 weeks.
  

Delivery times are an estimate not exact.

However if your requested design is not in stock and must be printed please allow up to 10 working days for this.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

We do not ship to a PO Box.

 

Returns

Can I return my t-shirt?

If you are not happy with what we've sold you we replace it. Simple.

If Junk 2 Funk is at fault we’ll pay for all extra shipping but if you’ve just picked the wrong size or don’t like it we just need you to send it back to us at your expense and we’ll sort out the rest.

Sizes vary between the t-shirst so please make sure you click on the sizing link on each individual t-shirt page to make sure you get the perfect size for you.

Junk 2 Funk accepts returns for the following reasons:

• Goods damaged prior to delivery.
• Goods with manufacturing faults.
• Goods supplied incorrectly.
• Goods that vary from their description on the Junk 2 Funk website.

However, we want you to love everything you buy from us so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please let us know at wendy@junk2funk.co.nz.

Requests to return products must be submitted to us within 7 days from the date of you receiving your order. To request a return simply email us at wendy@junk2funk.co.nz.

In cases where Junk 2 Funk is not at fault but a return request has been approved products will need to be sent back to Junk 2 Funk at the customer's expense.
Once the products have been received and verified by us, we will resend the replacement item or when appropriate give a refund.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

Whenever possible, Junk 2 Funk will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery.

Junk 2 Funk will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods or provide a full refund when goods cannot be replaced or repaired.
Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to Junk 2 Funk in accordance with our returns policy.
